A company with a future: BlueTec

BlueTec GmbH Co KG will be incorporated on 1 April 2005 in Trendelburg, a charming small town in the center of Germany. BlueTec will emanate from the Gesellschaft für Umwelt und Technologie (G.U.T). The company headquarters will be the manor "Zur Abgunst", where G.U.T has been located since its foundation in September 2004.

The company's production is currently being set up in a 2700 m2 facility in the neighboring town of Bad Karlshafen. In the medium term, the BlueTec administration will also move to Bad Karlshafen. During the investment period, BlueTec will create 20 premium industry jobs.

The BlueTec shareholders are private investors: small companies and individuals from outside the solar industry. The BlueTec customers are manufacturers of solar collectors from all over the world. Over the last few years, their market has grown by approximately 25% per annum. China, Japan, Australia and South America will also receive absorber bands coated in Bad Karlshafen.

The Hessian minister of Economics, Transport, Urban and Regional Development, Alois Rhiel, is convinced of BlueTec's success. In December 2004 he granted the company 840,000 Euros as part of a regional economic development program.
